"I’ve ordered from Masseys a couple of times…"
I’ve ordered from Masseys a couple of times, the items I got were perfectly fine. Nothing amazing, but no real complaints about the products or the shipping either. That said, I’m personally picky about hidden costs, so the interest and extra fees on their payment plan rubbed me the wrong way. It can make the total a lot more than you’re expecting at first. I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible place to shop, but I’d definitely double-check the final cost before buying. For me, it’s a 3-star experience.

"Easy shopping experience!!"
The site was easy to use, and I found the shoes I wanted really fast!! Checkout went smoothly too. It did take me a minute to figure out where the size filters were, but overall it was a good experience.

"Glad I Found My Size, But Disappointed"
I was happy I was able to find my size, but it was disappointing that more colors didn’t have it available. I really wanted a couple of other options, so I wish the selection had been better. it feels like something that should at least come with an apology or some acknowledgment.

"Backorder was easier than I expected"
One of the items in my order was on backorder, so I was a little nervous about how it would go. But Masseys kept sending updates and it shipped when they said it would. I didn’t have to keep calling or checking on it, which was nice. The rest of my order come in fine too. Overall, it was smooth for a backorder.

Ordered from masseys and, it went fine. The tracking was easy enough to follow the whole way, like I could see where the package was and when it was supposed to show up. It got here when they said it would, nothing weird happened, so yeah, I’m happy with the whole thing

I ordered on masseys.com and it was easy, checkout didn’t give me any problems, the confirmation came through quick, and there wasn’t anything confusing or weird going on, I just placed the order and that was it, so overall it was a good experience.

"Pretty fair experience overall"
I’ve ordered from Masseys a few different times now, i’ve had a good experience overall. The prices seem fair to me, and I really like having payment options so I’m not dropping a bunch of money all at once. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but to be fair, it did arrive when they said it would. The shoes looked just like the pictures, too, which I appreciate. For what you pay, I think it’s worth it, and I’d shop with them again

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered a pair from Masseys and overall they were about what I expected. I usually wear an 8, so that’s what I went with, and the fit was mostly right. They did feel a little snug at first, but after wearing them around the house for a bit, they loosened up nicely. Shipping was normal and got here without any issues. I’m taking off one star because I expected the size chart to be a little more helpful before ordering, but the shoes themselves worked out fine.

"Good deals if you catch a sale"
I’ve ordered from Masseys a few times now, usually when they’ve got a sale going on. the discounts can be decent if you’re patient and don’t buy right away. Some of the regular prices still seem a bit high to me, but the clearance and promo deals definitely help. Shipping was okay too, not super quick, but nothing terrible. I’d give it 4 stars because the sales are worth checking out, I just wish the everyday prices were a little lower.

"Pretty happy with the accurate stock"
What I liked most was that the stock online was actually accurate. I ordered two pairs of shoes and a jacket, and nothing got canceled later or swapped for something else. Shipping was normal, but the inventory part was the big win for me. It was nice to place an order and not get that “sorry, out of stock” email afterward.

I had to return an order and fully braced myself for some long, dramatic refund nightmare. Like, I was already mentally preparing to chase people down for weeks. But Masseys processed it way quicker than I expected, and the money was back in my account before I could even properly complain about it. No runaround, no nonsense, i was weirdly thrilled

"Box Took a Hit, But Everything Survived"
My order from masseys showed up packed nicely, and thankfully nothing inside was smashed, torn, or destroyed in some tragic shipping disaster. The box had a dent on one side, which made me pause for a second, but everything inside was totally fine. Maybe they could add a little more padding just for extra peace of mind, but overall, it was a good experience
